E-mail Help

 

You have two options

1. Copy and paste our link into a new email email.

2. Change your browser  settings so you can email all websites.

 

 

OPTION 1.Copy and Paste.

 kindly follow the following steps.

 

1.Click in front of this link.

2. Hold your left mouse button down and drag your mouse to select the link. The link will look black.

3. Look to the top of your page and click on edit menu.

4.Select copy.

 

5. On your computer go to were you send email as if you were to email a friend.

6. Open a new email. Click the file menu at the top of the window select new mail.

7. Click in the top empty box that says TO:

8. Right click your mouse and select paste. OR go to the edit menu and select paste.

9. email@sailabilitygreatertampabay.org will show up.

 Double click the link you just added and you can make changes in your phone book now. Save your settings.

10. Type your message and in the subject line it would help us if you typed From Website and your subject.

11. CLICK SEND

 

OPTION 2.Change your browser  settings

As for the browser set up, kindly follow the following steps.


1. Open Internet explorer.
2. Click on tools.
3. Choose Internet options.
4. On the Programs tab, change the E-mail set up. Here you can choose what program/email client you want to use.
5. click on Apply then OK.

 

If you still have problems emailing websites read your help file included in your browser.

How do I know I am in my browser? ANSWER when you can do the following tasks.

  • Put shortcuts to your most frequently visited Web pages on your Links bar for quick access.
  • Add other frequently visited Web pages to your Favorites list for easy access. Organize your favorite items by using folders, and sort them in the order you want them.
  • Choose from a list of your favorite search providers and keep it handy for all your searches
